What happens after the 14-day Starter trial ends?

Your account moves to the free Starter limits : one workspace, one project, 25 AI prompts per month. If you have more than one workspace or project, you choose which one to keep before the cap takes effect; nothing is deleted without your decision.

How are AI prompts counted?

Any AI assist in the app counts as one prompt : column mapping proposer, AI Compose Model Card, Re-Parse with AI, hypothesis generators. Failed prompts (errors, validation rejections) do not count. Custom plans can bring their own Anthropic API key for unmetered usage.

Can I switch between Pro workspaces?

Yes. The plan caps total workspaces, not switches. Pro lets you operate up to three workspaces simultaneously with five projects each.

Is data ever deleted automatically?

Never. Hitting a storage or project cap stops new writes (uploads, project creation) but reads and existing work stay intact. We will surface a clear prompt to delete or archive before anything is removed.

What counts toward storage?

Raw uploads (CSV / XLSX), parsed metric_values, attached files. Database tables for hypotheses, glossary entries, audit events are tiny and do not count meaningfully.
